Reply loved the courtesy from the front desk staff the room I got was with a bit of smoke smell as soon as I informed the front desk they were glad to upgrade us to a better room with no questions asked at no charge.
Like the courtesy for Muhamad Saleh at the front desk and the other person at the same shift with Saleh.
