Rooms clean and generally well maintained. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and sauna / steam room facilities, was not overly busy so able to use equipment. Close to nice pubs.

Gemma the receptionist went above and beyond in giving places to eat and was always happy smiling and chatting. Made us feel more than welcome on first entering the building.

Pleasant room with full facilities ie tea/coffee iron and ironing board. Bed HUGE and v.comfortable. Window could be opened for real fresh air - BONUS!. Breakfast selection of cereal adequate and coffee really good in quality and size of mug. But cooked breakfast - WOW. Best poached eggs I've had in many a journey away. Thanks Draycote for making my short stay enjoyable. PS Your staff are spot on, very helpful and polite.
