Glad we got tickets for the Minack Theatre and explored the Gobal Telecommunications Museum, took the Coaster bus several tiimes, including to Land's End and walked the Coastal path to Sennen. Enjoyed the Penlee art gallery, especially in the midst of reading "Summer in February." Enjoyed a meal at the oldest pub, and at the Longboat Inn. The staff at the Info Centre were the best - gave us so many tips and set us on the right buses.

i like walking on the promenade, along to Newlyn, took the Mounts Bay coast path to Marazion, took the bus to Trengwainton gardens- lovely to see the magnolias, rhododendrons and camellias - interesting walks round the gardens and a lovely cafe with friendly staff and good food.
Visited Trewidden gardens by bus and also took the train to St. Ives- a lovely scenic run along the coast.
Penzance town has a nice selection of shops and it is worth exploring the back streets and the area round Chapel street. On previous visits have been to the Morrab gardens and other parks. Penzance is easy to walk round, has a good bus service and the tourist information staff are very knowledgable and helpful.

Went in the end of February, it was a quiet time with everything closing by 10pm, and last buses leaving early, but it's just as lovely if not more so as any other time of the year could be. Even for hiking, if you get ready for the wind, the rain, the fog, the mud and the cold.

We came in February so not very busy.
We came in February so not very busy. Many places to walk around, lovely garden in the center of town. Great beach, St Michael's Mount very close by. St Ives also not far away. Great place as a bae to see Cornwall.
+ The location couldn't be better; it's literally right behind the Penzance train station and bus terminal, in the heart of the city centre.
+ I appreciated having a side entrance to come and go, so I didn't have to tromp through the pub lobby every time I went in and out of my room.
+ Fantastic tea service, with local Cornish tea *and* instant coffee, *and* hot chocolate! This was a treat to come back to in the evenings.
+ Outlets conveniently located by the nightstands and the desk.
+ Comfy bed.
Josh is an extremely friendly and helpful host. He gave us a lot of insider advice as to what to visit in Penzance and also in Brighton (where we had a blast in Snooper's Paradise!). During our stay, he always made sure that we have everything we needed. The hotel is well-located and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything that one might require. The breakfast room is neat and offers a variety of healthy options, including fresh fruit.
The best hotel we have stayed in during our visit to England and Wales. Ideal location near town centre. Very comfortable room with temperature and bedding suited to the climate at the time (Sep). Self-service breakfast in fully equipped kitchen was all that we asked for, yet gave others wide scope to suit themselves. Staff gave us a friendly reception, helped with our luggage, and guided us to the places we wanted to go in Penzance.
This seaside hotel is really lovely. It's at the north end of town, a short walk to the center, but nicely located.
Our room was small, but very workable. It did not have a view of anything wonderful, but it was quite and cozy.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom is updated and has nice amenities.
Parking is available in a secured garage with prior arrangements.
Breakfast was buffet style.
A really stylish boutique hotel that I booked last minute, It's really quirky and cool, and comfortable, and the location is superb right in the centre. The restaurant was fabulous and really great value for the quality of the food served. The staff were really friendly and efficient and were extremely professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the residence to anyone visiting Penzance
Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, from helping with bags, to a delicious cooked breakfast to order in our room at a time of our choosing. Location is perfect for Scillonian ferry - could actually see the quay from our room and walk across the street with our suitcases. Also a short walk to the Penzance train station. Loved the full bath, which was welcome after traveling all day!
Mike and Julie were excellent hosts. The Breakfast was absolutely delicious... we had a cooked 'Cornish' every morning. You also got fresh fruit, cereal, fruit juice and toast. It was by far the best B&B/hotel in Penzance. Very well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Sea view. Free parking. We would recommend Warwick House highly to anyone looking to stay there.
Cozy, comfortable and well located to enjoy Newlyn and the surroundings. Very easy communication with Adele, who was a warm and welcoming host. Convenient for the local buses, and walkable to both Mousehole and Penzance. Only noise was from the seagulls, which added to the seaside atmosphere! Well equipped for our 4 day stay. Would recommend.
Cosy place at a good location and friendly staff. We had a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was very good and Alan very helpfully let us store our luggage at the hotel even after check out time as we had a late train to catch back to London.
Would love to stay here again the next time we're in Penzance.
Great location on the seafront. This classic British hotel was warm, airy, quiet and the staff were friendly. The weather in December was awful but the tearoom and breakfast room have large windows with sea views so we could storm-watch in comfort. I enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming here again.
Beds were comfortable. Nice choice for breakfast. We enjoyed dinner one night. It was a long walk to Penzance, but easy to take a taxi back. We walked to a bus stop and took a bus tour of the coast for $10 for an all day pass. You could get off and on at any town on the route.
Lovely room with parking, located nicely away from the touristy areas but still minutes from Penzance and less than half an hour from attractions like lands end, Sennen Cove and St Michael’s Mount. Great hosts who were always happy to help and give advice!
Very nice, near new build and very quiet area.
Room had everything you needed, even internet tv which was really nice.
Owner was very friendly and has obviously put a lot of effort in to the property.
Is an easy 12-15 min drive to Penzance.
Appartments near the centre of town of Penzance. With parking spots on site (sometimes it's busy and full, then it is a bit hard to find a place on the streets nearby). Kitchen and washing machine. Rooms are spacious.
Very nice and cosy cottage in a beautiful setting. Penzance is in a walking distance. Everything you need is there in the house and Hamish is always willing to help. Definitely a good base for a holiday in Cornwall!
Very authentic English hotel with check in in the bar! Clean rooms, a little old-looking, but very nice stay. We had a great view of the port from one of the top floor rooms.
