The rooms gave out a unique atmosphere of coziness. We liked the unique way the beds were turning from sofas to beds, but we would also love it if they were a little wider. The room was spacious enough, and so was the internal private bathroom. The owners seemed friendly and caring.

Jimmy cooked us a top notch Scottish breakfast and all the ingredients were superb. Served swiftly and without fuss. The weather was very hot which is always a concern. We had accidentally chosen a property with outdoor covered seating which was so convenient and comfortable. The fact that the main entrance door was opposite these patio doors meant we could have a breeze through the room and didn't need the fan provided. Car parking was a few steps from the entrance to the four guest rooms - the benefit being that you never read other vehicles. The complex is close to the busy main road, so sitting outside you could hear the traffic noise, but the high quality windows meant there was zero sound indoors. The standard of bathroom fittings and facilities in the room were extremely good - for once a shower that was easy to understand! It was just a short walk to the banks of Loch Lomond and the private jetty - a lovely quiet spot.

Situated next to Balloch Rail Station, Tullie Inn offers comfortable accommodation 1 mile from Alexandria town centre. Free WiFi is available in all public areas, and free private parking is possible on site. Rooms were clean, staff were wonderful and so kind and breakfast was absolutely lovely. Deffinitly reccomend staying here.

The non-smoking inn is adjacent to the West Highland Way and is ideal for walkers. After a long day spent exploring the region’s magnificent scenery and breathing in the invigorating fresh air, you can satisfy your hard-earned hunger with a delicious meal. Food is served all day and the bar has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere and a real log fire. Beautiful little house situated in an awesome wee spot close to walks and the loch. Wonderful dinner and breakfast also.
