Location was good. Breakfast choice could be better as it was limited. More choice of hot food would be good also

the location is excellent, at the terminus of line 7 and line C, practically a quarter of an hour from the center of Paris. the neighborhood is quiet, the structure is located in a small, very intimate courtyard and usable especially in summer. the staff is always present, attentive and kind. you can sense the love for work.

It's a good place to stay. If you don't scared about walking 10-15 min to metro or tram you will book nice a apartment. I would say that the sise and usability is better than middle for Paris.

Dreadful hotel in a non tourist part of the city, broken facilities, smoke smelling room with stained carpets. Broken lift and dirty stairwell. A ten minute walk to the closest train station and a 40 minute trip to the city, no metro close by, no local restaurants for tourists, no bars for non locals, avoid this hotel at all costs. We paid for 2 nights but left after one could not wait to get out of this place. Paris is a beautiful city however Ivry sur Seine is not for tourists.

Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there.
Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there. Good bed, huge pillows that forces your feet out of bed even if you are just 180 cm like me. To far from Metro to have good Paris access. Neighborhood left, like a ghetto with wee smokers right side of. Staff at reception rude giving instructions like a warden in a juvenile jail. The other a super friendly helpful Togolese gentleman and the third a friendly smiling and greeting girl who never leaves her phone when greeting or giving out dustbin bags or T-roll. Great baker next door for fresh croissants. Big minus for foreign visitors 50+ TV stations only in French, which is ok for me but not for my wife and daughter. All together reasons we will not book there again.

No shampoo, the floor was cold.
The area is not to safe, at the middle of the night a guy was looking at our apartment windows for an hour or so and after we turned off the lights he came to our door trying to get in. It was very scary considering that we were two girls. Even now I’m still scared because of this

There are adequate shops for food and drink.
There are adequate shops for food and drink. This area does not have tourist attractions which I knew before staying there.
It is easy to catch RER or buses to the tourist hotspots.
If you intend commuting to Versailles which was my intention — unfortunately there was railway works disrupting the line and making the trip complex and arduous! On the last of my 8 days there normal service resumed, damn!
I recommend checking SANCF for rail works if things like this are important to you!
From the aeroport CDG with RER line B, you get off the station "cité univercitaire" and then you take the tram directly to the hotel station "port de Choisy" and then 4 minutes walk. Very easy access.
The hotel is VERY clean and the rooms are served daily. The hotel is recently renovated and the sound proof is perfect.
The breakfast area is very convinient, with nice view.
At the tram station there is a new bakery and supermarket for the basic items.
I will visit this hotel again for sure

A newly built, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel at a very competitive price. Paris is expensive, and for a price that in most cases would cover only the very basics, we got a nice, friendly room with terrace, a comfy bed, a kitchenette and even a more than decent breakfast. And, of course, it´s not in the very center, but not far beyond the périphérique, easy to reach by public transportation means. So we really got much value for money.
Very polite staff. Complementary coffee and water in the lobby. Quite location (despite being near the Paris ring), 450-500 meters from two metro stations of line 7 (Porte d'Ivry and Pierre et Marie Currie). The room size was satisfactory given the usual near the center Paris' hotels (I was staying alone, maybe it would have been less comfortable for two people).
The hotel was 7 minutes walk from the metro station making traveling into the heart of Paris super easy. There also was several restaurants, bakeries, and a convenience store literally right next door. We didn’t really use the kitchenette but it had the essentials and the mini fridge was a nice addition.
The lady on the check in desk was so helpful and nice. The cuttleries and the kitchenware complete. You can store the luggage before check in and after check out. There was also scale to weight your luggage. Nearby the train station.. i also like the bear cafe in front of the hotel.
It's difficult to think of anything I liked at this facility. Right from my arrival, first contact with staff, location of hotel, view from my room, slow wifi that disconnects often and lack of essential amenities in room. Sadly, I did not like anything.
Easy to find! It is immediate to buses that take you into Paris, and super close to a grocery store/monoprix. Our host was helpful and our child loved his bed in the living room. Plenty of towels toilet paper and kitchen supplies, we had a great stay😁
The location was really good, bus stop right in front of the aparthotel, walking distance from train and metro station. 15 minutes walking from a shopping center, and many restaurants around to have food.
I liked that they had a free car park- this made me book it.
Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
Was able to get the local bus to trian station in 10mins then trian station took us into Paris
Stayed in this hotel for a month. Rooms are super clean, big enough, and comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING. Overall I had a nice stay. I would recommend this.
The delicious and variety of breakfast was accompanied by friendly Royal Hotel employees. All the workers are friendly, kind and considerate. They all are excellent. Thank you.
Unique location close to Paris, iconic, historic and renovated with all convenience and secure parking on site. Staff is exceptional, accommodating - highly recommend!
I stayed for 3 nights for a long weekend. The hotel is ok, the room was clean and it had all we needed. Friendly staff. Good location close to the metro.
